I’m here to guide you on a journey to radiant skin and soulful balance. As a licensed skincare consultant, aesthetician, and Rhonda Allison retailer with over a decade of experience, I’ve dedicated my career to helping clients achieve lasting results that reflect wellness inside and out. My path into skincare began with my own challenges with severe acne, psoriasis, and sensitivities—I like to say I’m sensitive inside and out! Through this journey, I found not only relief but a passion for helping others feel at ease in their own skin. Since 2011, I’ve had the pleasure of working in salons, spas, medispas, and independently, eventually earning my aesthetics instructor license in 2015. My love for teaching led me to open a day spa in 2018, where I supported young aestheticians and clients alike. After making the difficult decision to close in 2024, I shifted my focus back to my true passion: serving clients personally and holistically. Currently, I’m also completing certification in Vedic Astrology to bring a balanced, holistic approach to my practice. Blending clinically proven skincare protocols with astrology and wellness practices, I’m here to help you nurture both your skin and soul. SKIN & SOUL POLICIES Code of Conduct At Skin & Soul, we are dedicated to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all. We kindly ask clients to communicate courteously and maintain appropriate boundaries. Any language or behavior that is aggressive, disrespectful, or inappropriate may result in immediate termination of service. I have a zero-tolerance policy for actions that make others uncomfortable, ensuring a positive experience for everyone. Thank you for supporting my commitment to professionalism and safety. Service Guarantee – 48 Business Hours Optimal results are a priority for every client. While outcomes may vary due to individual factors, any valid concerns will be addressed within 48 business hours of the original service at no extra charge. Concerns raised after this period may incur additional fees, covering product or supply charges or the full price of further services. Each case will be reviewed and resolved at my discretion to ensure the best possible outcome. Personal insurance coverage is recommended for added peace of mind regarding any unforeseen circumstances related to spa services Cancellation Policy Outlined below (see "Cancellation Policy" section). Please scroll to view the full terms. Credit Card on File A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments, ensuring convenience and security for our clients. Your credit card information is stored securely in our system. For online bookings, the system will prompt you to enter your card information, and if you book by phone or text, I will take this information directly. Appointment Confirmation and Reminders Appointment confirmations and reminders are provided as a courtesy service. It is the client’s responsibility to remember their appointment date and time, regardless of receiving a reminder. Please ensure your contact information is up to date to receive these notifications. Late Arrivals Punctuality is essential to maintain a smooth flow for all clients. If you arrive late, your appointment will conclude at the originally scheduled time, and the full service fee will apply. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and this will be treated as a last-minute cancellation subject to our cancellation policy. Retail Return Policy All retail sales are final. Clients with allergies or sensitivities should contact the brand directly. In exceptional cases, returns may be considered at my discretion. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and will be refunded as account credit only, expiring within 30 days of issuance. Price Adjustments Service and product prices may change periodically. I will notify clients of any price adjustments through email and social media channels, so please stay connected to ensure you receive updates. Pre-Purchased Services and Packages Pre-purchased services and packages, including those bought through third-party providers, are non-refundable. Expiration dates vary by package and are clearly stated at the time of purchase and on the booking site, generally ranging from 60-150 days. Expired services and packages are not eligible for credit or refund. Children, Minors & Guest Policy For a serene and focused treatment environment, I ask that clients refrain from bringing children, minors, or additional guests to appointments. In cases of unexpected need, please communicate with me in advance, and I’ll do my best to accommodate. Any approved exceptions are at my discretion.
